Teachers of HIE Achieved Good Results in the Eighth Selection of Military Curriculum Teaching and Scientific Research Papers

Recently, the results of the 8th selection of military curriculum teaching and research papers in Hunan colleges and universities were announced. "Strategic Analysis of Xi's Thought of Strengthening the Army" written by teachers Tao Lianzhou and Liu Chenjun, and "Research on Coupling Mechanism of National Defense Education in Colleges and Universities Relying on Military Associations" written by Wu Xiaoli, Ye Xianfeng and Liu Chenjun won the third prize of excellent papers.

Organized by Hunan Education Department, this competition is a teaching and scientific research paper selection activity for thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Xi's thought of strengthening the army, implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue, improving the teaching and scientific research level of military courses in colleges and universities, and displaying teaching and scientific research achievements. The competition attracted 114 papers from 51 universities in the province. Teachers in our school start from Xi's thought of strengthening the army, the connotation, means and methods of military courses in colleges and universities, and actively explores the teaching of military courses in colleges and universities.

In recent years, schools have attached great importance to national defense education. By innovating the teaching form of military courses, enriching the content of national defense education, strengthening the construction of teachers, taking students as the main body, they invested enormously in classroom teaching and enhance students' interest in military courses with the help of new platforms and new means. Students can enhance their understanding of national defense and national security awareness through military classroom, thus achieving the purpose of carrying forward patriotism.
